RAM Law’s Tyler Hall obtains $275,000 jury verdict for client injured in car crash

A RAM Law client who suffered a new injury to her neck and aggravated preexisting injuries in her neck and low back in a 2013 car crash was awarded $275,000 by a Middlesex County jury. The client required physical therapy and pain management treatment in the form of an epidural steroid injection to rehabilitate her injuries. Her treating orthopedic surgeon also recommended neck surgery to address her injury.

All state Insurance Company admitted that the client was injured in the crash but only offered $5,000 prior to trial, which was rejected.
