About Anthony V. Locascio, Esq.
Of Counsel
Anthony has been helping hurt people for almost 27 years. In March of 2006, he became one of the youngest lawyers certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney (and has been continuously recertified since).
He likes to think he learned to practice law as a young boy at the kitchen table, taught by his father, Louis, a dual Board-Certified Attorney (Civil and Criminal) and retired Superior Court Judge (Monmouth County). His Dad is also Of Counsel at RAM Law.
Family is everything to Anthony, who approaches every case (and client) with passion and empathy, as he understands the brutal and long-lasting effects an accident can have on both the person and their loved ones. Regardless of the type of accident (car crash, slip/trip and fall, and medical malpractice), many should never have happened, and Anthony pursues the justice he hopes will help his client sleep better at night. For Anthony, pain is not the only harm a family endures: lifestyle changes, medical treatments, and financial losses require his attention so that the full measure of Justice can be achieved.
Throughout his career, he has appeared as a legal commentator on both radio and television (including Court TV and CNN with Nancy Grace). He has trained extensively in Las Vegas to learn the art and science of body language, which he (of course) uses in his profession, but also has enjoyed teaching it at both Rutgers and Seton Hall University Law Schools, bar associations, grammar schools, and to police officers. Additionally, he was also featured on CNN to analyze the first Clinton / Trump debate.
He has been named to the Super Lawyers list for over 10 years and secured millions of dollars for his clients. In his limited free time, he is an average CrossFitter and a mediocre Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu player.
