Why Refer to RAM Law?
Here are some reasons why an attorney should refer a personal injury case to our board-certified civil trial attorneys:
Specialized Knowledge
Board-certified civil trial attorneys have demonstrated a high level of expertise in civil trial law through rigorous examination and evaluation. This translates to specialized knowledge of trial strategies, evidence presentation, and courtroom procedures, which can be invaluable in complex personal injury cases.
Increased Chances of Success
Board certification indicates a proven track record of successful trial experience. Referring a case to a board-certified civil trial attorney increases the likelihood of achieving favorable outcomes for clients, especially in cases that may require litigation.
Navigating Complex Cases
Personal injury cases can sometimes involve intricate legal and factual issues. Our attorneys are equipped to handle complex cases, including those with multiple parties, intricate legal theories, and significant damages.
Effective Trial Representation
Trial experience is a hallmark of board certification. Our attorneys are skilled in presenting a persuasive case before a judge and jury, which is crucial if a case goes to trial.
Expertise in Litigation Strategies
Our attorneys have honed their skills in developing effective litigation strategies, including pre-trial motions, case preparation, and trial tactics. We know how to strategically position the case for optimal resolution.
Confidence and Credibility
Referring attorneys can have confidence in the credibility and professionalism of our team of attorneys, which reflects positively on their own reputation and practice.

Referral Fees
The New Jersey Supreme Court authorizes lawyers to share fees on a case as long as the fee is paid by a certified attorney pursuant to R. 1:39-6(d). With five board-certified civil trial attorneys at RAM Law, we can pay referral fees to all attorneys referring to us. The referring attorney does not have to be a certified trial attorney, nor do they have to specialize in personal injury. We have paid referral fees to lawyers who specialize in:
- Business Law
- Family Law
- Immigration Law
- Corporate Law
- Insurance Defense Law
- Criminal Law
- Social Security Law
Submit a Referral
It is important to note that the decision to refer a case to a board-certified civil trial attorney should be based on a thorough assessment of the client’s needs, the complexity of the case, and the attorney’s qualifications. While board certification is a strong indicator of expertise, attorneys should also consider other factors such as communication skills, reputation, and compatibility with the client’s goals. We accept referrals from attorneys both within the state of New Jersey and out-of-state.
