Tyler Hall Obtains $475,000 for Client Injured Hit in Crosswalk

RAM Law attorney, Tyler Hall, obtained $475,000 for a client who suffered severe injuries after being struck by a vehicle while walking in a crosswalk in Raritan, New Jersey. The client suffered a traumatic brain injury, pelvic fracture and spine injuries requiring hospitalization and in-patient rehabilitation. The defendant initially blamed the client for the accident but witnesses established that the client was near the middle of the cross walk at the moment of impact. The witness statements, coupled with New Jersey law that gives pedestrians within the crosswalk the right of way, established that fault lay solely on the defendant.
