Tyler Hall Obtains $282,500 for a Client in Bicycle Accident on Wildwood Boardwalk

RAM Law attorney, Tyler Hall, obtained $282,500 for a client who suffered severe injuries after falling from her bike when the front wheel became logged in a large gap in the Wildwood boardwalk. Our investigation revealed that the City of Wildwood was aware of this problem since at least 2010. Despite at least three instances of bicyclists falling and suffering significant injuries from the gap in the boardwalk, the Wildwood Department of Public Works never addressed the problem.
