Rebenack obtains $522,000 settlement for trip and fall litigation.The RAM Law client tripped over a piece of rebar sticking up from the pavement at a coffee shop parking lot. A car stop was moved out of position allowing the rebar to protrude. As a result of the fall, the RAM Law client suffered coffee burns, shoulder surgery and low back surgery. The case settled days before the shoulder surgeon was scheduled to testify.
