Rebenack obtains $375,000 settlement for UIM litigation

The RAM Law client was rear-ended during a car accident in North Brunswick resulting in back injuries. After failing conservative care, she ultimately required back surgery. The insurance company for the other driver paid their $50,000 policy limit. RAM Law then sued the client’s own insurance company for UIM benefits. The insurance company paid the $375,000 settlement demand shortly before trial was scheduled to begin.
