Rebenack Obtains $187,500 Settlement for Client in Auto Litigation

RAM Law Partner Ed Rebenack obtains $187,500  in auto litigation on the eve of trial. The RAM Law client was T-boned when the Defendant driver improperly entered an intersection. The client’s vehicle was then pushed into an oncoming vehicle. The crash resulted in a torn elbow ligament ultimately requiring surgery. After two years of litigation, the matter was scheduled for trial. The auto insurance company for the Defendant driver agreed to pay $187,500 shortly before picking a jury to begin trial.
