RAM Law’s Rachel Holt Obtains $175,000 for Client

Consolidated case of two incidents, a year to the date apart. On the first date of injury, our client was injured by falling produce inside of a store. On the second date of injury, our client slipped and fell on black ice in the parking lot of a commercial premises. The client underwent multiple corticosteroid injections of her left knee which did not provide lasting relief. She eventually underwent a left knee replacement surgery. Both matters ultimately resolved after 4 years without an offer for $175,000.00.
