RAM Law’s Matt Bonanno Obtained $290,000 Settlement for Injured Worker Riding Motorcycle

RAM Law attorney, Matt Bonanno obtained a $290,000 workers compensation settlement for a client who was injured in his employment as the general manager of a motorcycle dealership. The client was leading a group of riders on a motorcycle ride from New Jersey to Tennessee, when he lost control of his motorcycle on a winding gravel road in Virginia. As a result of the accident, the client injured his back necessitating surgery and suffered neurological injuries. The settlement also affords the client the ability to seek medical treatment and additional compensation in the future.
