RAM Law Partners, Craig Aronow and Tyler Hall, Obtain $1,000,000 For Client in Truck Crash

A RAM Law client was a passenger in a SUV that a tractor trailer rear-ended.  RAM Law was able to obtain in cab video footage and data from the truck’s black box which demonstrated that the truck driver was distracted and did not brake until he was just feet away from the SUV.  There were 5 people in the SUV and 4 were injured.  RAM Law’s client underwent spinal surgery and we were able to obtain the vast majority of the funds available before a lawsuit was filed, preserving the client’s recovery funds and avoiding unnecessary litigation expenses.
