RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall Obtains $375,000 for Client

$375,000 for rear-end accident on Route 287 in Bridgewater. RAM Law’s client was rear-ended by the defendant while in stop and go traffic on Route 287. The defendant claimed to have suffered a “medical emergency”, but Tyler convinced the Court to strike that defense for lack of proof. The RAM Law client suffered a low back injury requiring pain management treatment and a fusion surgery which resolved the client’s pain. RAM Law obtained the full $25,000 policy limits from the defendant’s insurance company and an additional $350,000 from the client’s own insurance company using underinsured motorist coverage.
