RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall Obtains $350,000 Settlement

$350,000 policy limit settlement for woman killed while crossing the street in Plainsboro, New Jersey. RAM Law represented the estate of a woman that was tragically killed when she was struck by a vehicle while in the crosswalk. RAM Law was able to obtain the insurance policy limits of $100,000 from the defendant’s insurance carrier and an additional $250,000 from the client’s own underinsured motorist coverage.
