RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall Obtains $300,000 Settlement

$300,000 policy limits obtained in Somerset County car crash. The client was injured when the defendant ran into the back of his vehicle.  As a result of the impact, the client suffered neck and mid-back herniations requiring injections, a cervical disc replacement surgery and a surgery to fuse the 3 levels of the client’s thoracic spine. RAM Law obtained the $100,000 policy limits from the defendant’s insurance company and an additional $200,000 from the client’s insurance company using underinsured motorist coverage. The settlement represented the full amount of insurance coverage available.
