RAM Law Partner Tyler Hall Obtains $215,000 Truck Crash Settlement

$215,000 truck crash settlement. RAM Law’s client was driving his work truck on Route 78 West in Basking Ridge, New Jersey when a truck owned by Pennsylvania Steel Company struck the client from behind. The impact pushed the client’s vehicle into the car in front of it. The Pennsylvania Steel Company driver claimed that “sun blindness” caused the crash but Tyler was able to obtain the dash camera of the truck which contradicted the truck driver’s claim. Tyler was also able to obtain publicly available documents from the U.S. Department of Transportation which showed that the truck company had a history of prior violations. RAM Law’s client suffered a low back injury which was treated with two lumbar injections. RAM Law was also able to obtain compensation for the client’s medical bills. The case settled after discovery but before the non-binding arbitration.
