RAM Law Partner Matt Bonanno Settles Case for Bicyclist Struck by Car for $275,000

Matt Bonanno settles case for bicyclist struck by car for $275,000.  The RAM Law client was riding her road bike on Route 27 in Edison, when a driver tried to cross over Route 27 and struck the client, knocking her off the bike.  The client suffered an elbow fracture that required surgery.  The driver of the car was a delivery driver for a food delivery service, HungryPanda.  The settlement included the entirety of the available insurance coverage in the case plus an additional $25,000 paid by HungryPanda, who denied any responsibility for the driver’s actions.  The case settled after depositions were taken.
