RAM Law Partner, Jay Mascolo, Obtains $347,850 Settlement

RAM Law Partner, Jay Mascolo, obtains a $347,850 settlement for client injured in the course of her employment.

The RAM Law client was in the course of her employment as a sales executive when she was involved in an automobile accident.  She received extensive medical treatment through her employer’s workers’ compensation insurance carrier.  She sustained multiple herniated lumbar discs and ultimately underwent a multi-level spinal fusion and subsequent surgery.  Her case resolved via settlement in the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation Court.
