RAM Law Partner Edward Rebenack Obtains $115,000 for Wrist Fracture

The 85 year old RAM Law client was a passenger in a minivan T-boned by another vehicle that ran a red light. The client suffered a wrist fracture that required surgery. Shortly after filing a lawsuit in Middlesex County, the insurance company for the driver offered their $15,000 policy limit. The client also had available underinsured motorist (UIM) coverage. The UIM insurance company offered an additional $100,000 for a total settlement of $115,000.
