RAM Law partner Ed Rebenack obtains $490,000 for trip and fall litigation. The 88 year old RAM Law client tripped and fell on an uneven sidewalk at a Hunterdon County condo complex while visiting a family member. The fall caused her to suffer a head injury and fractures to her knee cap and wrist. The medical treatment included knee surgery. After establishing the dangerous condition through deposition of the property manager, the litigation settled with payment by the condo association’s insurance carrier.
