A RAM Law client was injured in a rear-end car crash and he suffered injuries to his neck which resulted in tinnitus, nerve dysfunction and pain. His wife was forced to take time off from work to care for him for a period of time. There were minimal offers to settle until the eve of trial at which point the two insurers covering the crash agreed to resolve the case settling both the husband and wife’s claims.
