RAM Law Partner Craig Aronow Obtains $495,000 for Client Attacked by Dog

A RAM Law client was attacked by a dog while attending an acquaintance’s backyard party.  The dog jumped at our client’s face and bit her while she was sitting and enjoying some food with friends.  The bite resulted in stitches and several scar treatments.  The plastic surgeon achieved a very good result for the client.  The acquaintance’s homeowner’s insurance company provided coverage for our client’s damages and the case was settled after several settlement conferences with the court.
