RAM Law Partner, Craig Aronow, Obtained $285,000 for Client Injured in Car Crash

A RAM Law client was injured in a car crash which resulted in a broken nose, injury to her teeth, a shoulder injury, a knee injury and pain in her neck and back.  The $285,000 was nearly the entire insurance coverage available. 

RAM Law’s client was deposed, the defendant was deposed and the case settled before court mandated arbitration and well before a trial date.  The insurance carrier made very small offers trying to avoid paying a significant portion of the insurance policy and each offer was rejected until it ultimately agreed to $285,000.
