RAM Law Attorney Matt Bonanno Obtains $325,000 Workers Compensation Settlement

RAM Law’s client, a surveyor, was injured on the job, when he stepped in a hole in a field. As a result he injured his low back requiring a lumbar fusion. The surgical hardware was problematic and needed to be removed in a second surgery. Matt was able to get the workers compensation carrier to cover all of the client’s medical bills, including the multiple surgeries and his medical marijuana prescriptions and obtained a $325,000 award for permanent disability benefits.
