RAM Law associate Matt Bonanno obtains a $190,000 settlement for a Monmouth County man injured in when he slipped and fell on ice while leaving his office building late at night. As a result of the fall, the client aggravated a prior knee injury and injured his shoulder. The client underwent a revision ACL reconstruction. The client was also recommended for an arthroscopic shoulder surgery, which he elected not to undergo. Fortunately, the client had a good recovery from his injuries.
