Rachel Holt obtains $125,000 for Client in Plainfield, New Jersey Truck Accident

RAM Law attorney, Rachel Holt, obtained $125,000 for a client who was involved in a truck accident in Plainfield, New Jersey. The client was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by a tractor trailer making a left hand turn at an intersection. The trucking company disputed that they were at fault for the crash. In addition, the trucking company disputed that the force of the crash could be the cause of the client’s injuries.  The client, who had no prior injuries, suffered a shoulder injury requiring surgery as well as a low back injury requiring conservative treatment.
