Rachel E. Holt, Esq. and Alex Jensen, Esq. Recover $125,000 Settlement for Multi-Car Crash Injuries

RAM Law’s Rachel E. Holt, Esq. and Alex Jensen, Esq. recovered a $125,000 settlement for a client who suffered neck and back injuries in a four-vehicle crash January 2020. During the collision, our client was rear-ended by a driver insured by NJM Insurance Group. Due to delayed onset of symptoms, our client claimed she was asymptomatic at time of the crash and NJM made no pre-trial offer. Following four days of trial, and nearly four hours into jury deliberations, NJM offered to settle the case for $125k.
