Paul Brandenburg obtained $200,000 (the policy limit) for a client injured in a motor vehicle accident. While on vacation in Florida, client was rear-ended on the highway. The crashed caused a shoulder tear requiring arthroscopic repair and physical therapy. The $200,000 represented the extent of the client’s Under Insured Motorist (UIM) coverage.
