Paul Brandenburg obtained a $100,000 settlement for a client injured when his apartment step broke. The client was walking up the outdoor step access to his apartment when the step broke, causing him to fall. The client suffered injuries to both shoulders that required chiropractic care, physical therapy, and injections.
