Motorcyclist Dies Following Weekend Crash in Somerset County
A motorcyclist died Sunday after being struck by a motor vehicle Sunday in Somerset County. According to the Manville Police Department, the accident occurred at the intersection of South Main Street and Roosevelt Avenue. The Somerset County Prosecutor reports that the 47-year-old motorcyclist suffered critical injuries and was transported to a local hospital trauma unit, where he later died.
The Manville Police Department and the Somerset County Collision Analysis Reconstruction Team are investigating the crash. Anyone with related information is asked to contact the Somerset County Prosecutors Office, the Manville Police Department, or the anonymous Somerset County Crime Stoppers’ Tip Line.
