Mascolo obtains $175,000 settlement for a client injured in a truck accident

RAM Law partner, Jay Mascolo, obtained a $175,000 settlement for a client who was injured while operating a car that was struck by a truck making an improper turn. The Ram Law client was operating a car in the right lane of a two lane road when a truck to his left attempted to make a right turn onto another street and collided with his vehicle. His injuries included aggravations of pre-existing neck and low back disc herniations which ultimately lead to multiple injections and open surgery. The case settled in Federal Court after a non-binding arbitration and before trial.
