Jay Mascolo Obtains $485,000 Settlement for Client Injured in Auto Accident

Ram Law Partners, Jay Mascolo and Howard Buckner, obtained a $485,000 settlement for a client who sustained serious injuries in a one vehicle accident. The RAM Law client was a rear seat passenger in a van driving on the way to work in a snow storm. The driver of the van lost control and struck a utility pole. The client sustained injuries to his eye which included a detached retina that required a corrective surgery. The client also sustained herniated discs to his low back which required pain management treatment and epidural injections. The case settlement on the eve of trial in Middlesex County Superior Court.
