Jay Mascolo Obtains $350,000 for Client Injured in Automobile Accident

RAM Law Partner, Jay Mascolo, settled a case for an injured client for $350,000 prior to trial.  The client was involved in a three car collision in 2015 when she was rear-ended by two vehicles.  She was taken by ambulance to the emergency and thereafter underwent an extensive course of medical treatment that included a knee surgery and low back surgery.  The client also suffered an aggravation of a pre-existing low back condition.  The case settled between the parties one week prior to trial.
