Rebenack Aronow & Mascolo L.L.P. is proud to announce that Chief Operating Officer Elyssa A. Goldstein, CLM, PHR, SHRM-CP, has been named one of the 2026 NJBIZ Leading Women in Business. The award recognizes professional women who have made a significant impact on businesses across a wide range of industries, including education, finance, healthcare, law, technology, and more.
Elyssa began her legal career as a receptionist and advanced into legal management positions within five years. She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Legal Administrators and has previously served as president or chair of numerous association committees. She has also served as co-chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Law Office Management Committee and its Pandemic Task Force – Law Firm Opening and Operations Committee.
Outside of work, Elyssa volunteers her time helping middle and high school students prepare resumes, scholarship essays, and practice for mock interviews through the New Jersey Law and Education Empowerment Project.
A public celebration and awards presentation honoring the 2026 Leading Women in Business recipients will be held on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, from 6 to 9 p.m. at The Palace at Somerset Park. More information and tickets are available on the event page. Early discount pricing ends July 12.
