Ed Rebenack Obtains $2 Million Settlement for Somerset County Litigation

RAM Law Partner, Ed Rebenack, settles Somerset County litigation for $2 million. The RAM Law client was a passenger in a car T-boned by the Defendant driver’s car. As a result of the crash, the client re-injured prior back problems. Despite aggressive pain management treatment, the client ultimately required low back surgery. Unfortunately, surgery did not completely resolve the back injuries. As a result, the client’s ability to earn a regular income was affected. The Defendant’s insurance company agreed to settle the litigation to avoid trial.
