She suffered injuries to her neck requiring chiropractic treatment and a concussion treated by a neurologist. The concussion affected the client’s ability to work resulting in lost wages. Before getting to trial, the insurance company for the at-fault driver agreed to pay its policy limit of $100,000 to end the litigation.
