Construction Site Negligence Case Settles for $2.65 Million

This case involved the Tort Claims Act and an above-the-knee amputation of the leg. The client was employed by a company that was hired by the State of NJ. The state employees were supposed to monitor the work, and as a result of their negligence, the plaintiff suffered a horrific crush injury and loss of the leg.
