RAM Law Attorney Paul Brandenburg obtained a $255,000 settlement for Middlesex County car crash litigation. The RAM Law client was turning left out of his driveway when struck by the defendant traveling down the road. The defendant rightly claimed that he had the right of way. However, an accident reconstruction expert determined that the defendant was traveling twice the posted speed limit. The RAM Law client suffered from neck injuries and ongoing medical treatment prior to the crash. However, the crash worsened the client’s neck condition which ultimately required neck surgery. The insurance companies covering the defendant argued that the client was responsible for the crash and any injuries existed prior to the crash. After fully litigating the case, the insurance companies ultimately agreed to pay $255,000 to settle the claims on the eve of trial.
