Bar Negligence Dram Shop Case Settles for $1.4 Million

This was a “dram shop” case where the plaintiff and her friend were overserved at a bar. Despite clear signs of visible intoxication, the client continued to be served. Ultimately, she fell from the dock outside the bar and drowned, leaving three children.
