$6 Million Defamation Judgment Secured in Middlesex County

Craig Aronow & Rachel Holt secured a $6 million dollar judgment in Middlesex County against multiple Sayreville residents for defamation. The Defendants, along with others, damaged our clients’ reputation by making false statements on social media insinuating that one of our clients, who coached youth sports, was a danger to children. After years of moving through the legal system, justice was delivered against four Defendants who thought ignoring a lawsuit would make it go away. It did not. Justice for the remaining Defendants is still being pursued.
