$1,500,000 policy limits for moped rider with severe head and orthopedic injuries

RAM Law’s Craig Aronow obtained the maximum compensation available for a RAM Law client that was injured while riding a moped.  The RAM Law client was riding straight with the right of way when a car turned left in front of him.  Despite efforts of the defendant to downplay his responsibility for the crash, RAM Law’s investigation obtained surveillance video of the intersection and contradicted the defendant’s version of the crash.  Our client suffered a severe head injury, requiring several months on inpatient treatment and rehabilitation, as well as several orthopedic injuries.  We are happy that the compensation he received will help him live independently in the future.
