$101,250 Obtained by Aronow for Client that Slipped on Ice

RAM Law partner, Craig Aronow, obtained $101,250 for a RAM Law client that suffered a non-displaced tibial fracture (no surgery) when she slipped on ice that had repeatedly developed in a depression near the walkway to an apartment. The landlord knew that the ice repeatedly developed and took no steps to correct the property defect that caused it and his snow removal contractor did not address the ice either.
