$100,000 Settlement Obtained for Tow Truck Driver

RAM Law partner Ed Rebenack, Esq. settles the first part of a case for $100,000. A tow truck driver was struck on Easton Avenue in Franklin, New Jersey. The RAM Law client suffered a herniated disc in his neck ultimately requiring surgery. The at-fault driver was insured with a $100,000 auto policy. His insurance company agreed to pay the policy limit without the need for litigation. RAM Law will now proceed with a claim for underinsured motorist benefits against the insurance carrier for the towing company.
