$1.3 Million Settlement for 36-Year-Old Injured in Red-Light Collision Requiring Surgeries

Client was 36 years old at the time of the collision. Another driver ran a red light and struck our client’s vehicle causing it to flip. The client broke his shoulder and herniated discs in his low back. Our client underwent a shoulder surgery and a low back surgery that resulted in a great recovery.
