Rebenack settles golf course litigation for $310,000.The RAM Law client participated in a golf outing in Syracuse, NY at which time he was struck across the forehead by a flying golf club. The client alleged that the defendant golfer threw his club over his shoulder out of frustration during a particularly poor round. The defendant alleged that although he swung the club out of frustration, he lost his grip on the club. The RAM Law client required surgical repair of forehead lacerations. After a year of litigation, the defendant’s homeowners insurance paid the settlement to avoid trial.
