Obtained $65,000 for a client that suffered a shoulder injury when she fell on a poorly lit residential stairway

A RAM Law client was hired to do some home improvement work at a residential home. While at the home, she was directed to the homeowner’s basement to get some tools for the repair. The home was quite old and had a basement that was confusing to navigate. Due to a fluorescent light that came on with a delay, the client was unable to see a small step and fell on to a concrete floor, injuring her elbow and shoulder. Her elbow healed on its own, but she required a surgical procedure on her shoulder.
