Craig Aronow Obtains Policy Limits of $983,668.71 from Trucking Motor Carrier on Client’s Behalf

A RAM Law client was injured when a box truck struck her disabled car. The car was on the shoulder of a highway in New York when the box truck driver struck her car and pushed it down an embankment. Our client suffered injuries to her spine, shoulders and hips. Defendants originally claimed that our client’s car extended into the roadway. However, RAM Law’s investigation uncovered witnesses who saw the truck driver driving erratically before the crash and testified that our client’s car was completely within the shoulder. We are still pursuing the company that hired and qualified the truck driver to drive the commercial motor vehicle.
