Intake Specialist
RAM Law, a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm with three (3) offices located in Central New Jersey, is seeking a full-time, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) intake specialist to join its team.
Candidates must have no less than two (2) years’ experience working in a role focused on case intake, evaluation and valuation of plaintiff’s personal injury matters.
Candidates must have superior communication and interpersonal skills, both over the telephone and in-person, as there will be substantial client contact, as well as excellent working knowledge of the full Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook and Excel, and the computer in general.
A keen attention to detail and organization is necessary, along with the ability to handle confidential information in a discrete and mature manner.
The ideal candidate is able to work independently, and as part of a team; proactive; and experienced with at least one (1) document management program, e.g., Clio, and/or legal intake program, e.g., Lead Docket.
