Rebenack Obtains $185,000 for Car Crash Litigation

RAM Law Partner Ed Rebenack settles multiple car crash litigation for $185,000. The RAM Law client was rear-ended twice, six months apart. The first accident resulted in injuries to the client’s neck, back and shoulder. The second accident aggravated the same injuries and the client ultimately underwent back surgery. Each insurance company contributed equally to the $185,000 settlement the week before trial was scheduled to begin.
