Matt Bonanno Obtains $175,000 Settlement for Burlington County Work Injury

RAM Law associate Matt Bonanno obtained a $175,000 workers compensation settlement for a Burlington County who was injured when a table fell on her knee at work.  The client suffered injuries to her knee and shoulder.  She was recommended for surgery, but the employer denied the treatment.  The employer contested all aspects of the claim from the date of the accident.  After Matt took the client’s trial testimony and cross-examined a representative of the employer, the insurance carrier for the employer made the $175,000 offer to settle the case. Prior to trial, the insurance company had made no settlement offers.
