Ed Rebenack Settles Truck Crash Litigation for $85,000

RAM Law partner Ed Rebenack recently obtained $85,000 to settle Middlesex County truck crash litigation. The RAM Law client was driving down Rt. 34 during nighttime hours when a tractor-trailer attempted a U-turn across the road. The client collided with the tractor resulting in a knee injury that ultimately required an explorative arthroscopic surgery. The truck company initially defended the claim by asserting that the client was speeding and should have seen the tractor-trailer across the roadway. The insurance carrier for the truck company eventually paid $85,000 to settle the claims.
